Cookie policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which works similarly but keeps data on your device rather than sending it with each request.

Essential storage

These are required for the shop to work and cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

• Cart contents and items saved for later
• Wishlist of saved packaging references
• Sign-in state for your account session
• Recent searches, to speed up repeat lookups

Preference storage

Preferences such as catalogue density, chosen filters and language are stored locally so the site behaves consistently between visits.

Analytics

With your consent, we measure which categories and guides are useful and where the catalogue is hard to navigate, using Google Analytics and our own first-party event log. Both use a random, anonymous identifier stored in your browser — not your name, email or anything that identifies you personally — and neither is used for advertising.

Marketing

With separate consent, we may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to measure the performance of our ads and show them to relevant audiences. This category stays off until you opt in.

Controlling cookies

Blocking essential storage will prevent the cart, wishlist and sign-in from working correctly. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and only activate if you choose to accept them.

• Change your choice any time via “Préférences cookies” in the footer
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time
• Clear local storage for packma.ma to reset the cart, preferences and analytics identifier
• Use private browsing to prevent storage persisting between sessions

Changes to this policy

If we add new measurement or functionality that uses cookies, this page is updated and the revision date at the top changes accordingly.
